今日は気温も下がり過ごしやすい１日ですね。
あっと言う間に今日で９月も終わりですね。
なかなか秋らしいお天気にならないですね。
ファッションもヘアスタイルも中途半端になってしまいがちですね。
梅雨の様に湿度が高い日が続き髪のコンディションで悩まれている方も
多い気がします。
季節の変わり目ですし脱け毛も気になりますね。
体の細胞は血液によって栄養補給されていますから血行が良い事は
綺麗な髪を維持するためにもとても重要です。
頭皮は体の末端にあたるのでどうしても血行が滞りがちです。
雨の日が続くと低気圧の影響も受けて血行が乱れやすいです。
しっかりと休養をとってバランスの良い食事をとる事も重要です。
髪の材料となるたんぱく質の摂取量も日本人女性は不足がちとも言われて
いますので意識的に摂取したいですね。
また血行を良くするために筋力も必要です。
特に下半身の筋力が重要ですからちょっと階段を使ってみたり
お散歩をしたりすると良いかもしれませんね。 むらた
